and we're back. hi everyone. i was very unhappy almost all the time this month but at least i confirmed to my satisfaction that doing feelings threads + offering advice were both crutches without them it was harder to ignore a bunch of unpleasant feelings about the future

i could go into more detail about that but instead i'll just mention that i haven't been posting about it but i have been maintaining a lifting habit more or less, something like 2.5 times a week, and it's going reasonably well

it was fun to tweet under a constraint and i might try more constrained tweeting in the future. i pivoted to more hot takes which are themselves also a kind of crutch but it was at least fun to try a different crutch for awhile
