unironically agree with this if you look at what gets selected as training data and who are the people selecting said data and what biases they have

AI is seen as unbiased at surface level and it's true, but all of training data was made by humans and then selected by humans at several layers and tech is a highly gender and race lopsided field, so yeah.
there's a reason facial recognition tends to miss black people
