I've had trouble picking goals for years because basically every "goal" feels like a compensation for a different problem i'm having and I feel VERY good about having a phrase for what I want

also, whoops, it never occured to me that my initial breakdown in my teens was partly intensified by getting into meditation. no wonder i've been a bit afraid of it! every time i meditate regularly my life goes through massive shifts because i drop a bunch of other shit
