I haven't had the chance to experiment with this since I don't have [caffeine→anxiety] in the 1st place, but I have a guess that some combination of (a particular kind of) meditation & short intense exercise shortly after taking the caffeine might embodiedly reframe the anxiety

Running around the block did help when I had first-coffee-in-months anxiety, recently.
I'd meditated for 10 min before that, which maybe got me a bit more centered?

Well, dang. I seem to have landed in the "no coffee" camp for now 

Enjoyed it every morning for years, stopped 3 months ago when I got all hyped up on probably-viral-brain-troubles...
Drank 2/3 cup this morning, and felt all snarled up and panicky for a couple hours
