guys this is nuts, for the price of one hour with a therapist you can get so much acid that it'll do a factory reset on the universe

Also one dose of psychedelics can be equivalent to *years* of therapy.

There’s a ton of variation between people in how easy it is to set up the right set and setting. You really need to have a friend group that can support you through the process, so there’s a chicken and egg problem.

as much as i want to normalize talking frankly about psychedelics i can’t endorse them too full-throatedly without caveats - real risks of getting seriously destabilized that people need to be aware of and work with responsibly
