Might be overinterpreting, but this beating yourselves up reminds me very much of why I was unhappy in grad school :/

QC, really curious about your path from math grad school to the healing/reconnecting/embodiment/whatever stuff you do now. I've followed a similar path (in some ways). If you ever want to post about it or your experience in grad school you certainly have an audience :)

Don't know why, but reading your tweet just made me wonder why I shouldn't try writing something down for myself to help me process my grad school experience. For some reason I had an unnoticed subconscious assumption that I'm too stupid for that and have nothing to say.
