tentative conclusions from this thread so far: going to temporarily ban myself from doing feelings threads (won’t stop processing but doing it publicly is a crutch) and also from offering anyone advice for... let’s call it a month focus on doing stuff instead

I used to do them a lot more myself. I found that I was only bonding with people through trauma and negative experiences. It was actually making it harder and harder for me to connect with people over “happy” things 🙂
