tentative conclusions from this thread so far: going to temporarily ban myself from doing feelings threads (won’t stop processing but doing it publicly is a crutch) and also from offering anyone advice for... let’s call it a month focus on doing stuff instead

I came to similar conclusions for myself I'd *love* to endlessly publicly ruminate about and debug my brain and my problems, but not in places where I'm trying to be appealing as a (potential) fren not shitting where I eat or something like that
