Extrapolating from my own experience and possibly projecting: by practicing too much introspection and awareness, you're not letting yourself heal as much as you are capable of. 🌻

For ex. if you're into meditation, perhaps try one that places its focus on the outside world? For instance, the technique I devised for myself does not focus on breath awareness-- instead, I find a repeating pattern outside (there's always one) and focus on that as the "breath".

2/ what I've detailed in this thread, which practiced over time lead me to largely stop overthinking my mistakes and embarrassments, and have an iterative mindset.

idk if I understand you well enough to say what you do or don’t need.
I personally gotta go on more dates and have more difficult conversations with people. Enact what I know in the real world, and generate new experience to introspect on.
