going on my first ever meditation retreat later next week (with the nice monks-in-residence at OAK) any tips or advice? (including very mundane) I've been a very-sporadic ~30min meditator off-and-on for like ~7 years

nice, thanks :) I think if I metabolize that, it's like not so much "beat up" as the risk, because I'm doing alright (ish?) at steering towards what feels balanced and unblocked but even that is still quite a bit of a *goal* or *progress* orientation
