not because it's true but because it was unconsciously the world you lived in and now it can be made conscious
Ah, yes, yes, yes, this makes a lot of sense. Focusing is a lot like this for me. The words that come for the felt sense feel as if not-mine, and then I ponder 'could this be true?' realize it is, felt sense unlocks, sobbing, etc etc.
