Why do you think it’s good to interpret a lot of things as trauma? I have the opposite intuition.

i spent a lot of time around the rationality community and they were pretty interested in dealing with things like motivation, focus, chronic fatigue, etc. but IMO their approaches were off-base, mostly didn't work, and may even have made things worse
