sounds healthier than yelling at invisible people about arguments you've already lost.
that could be really good depending on how you do it! key is not to focus on the argument but how you feel about what's at stake in it - e.g. "i'm afraid you don't respect me," etc.

For me it often comes from reliving moments while driving until I realize I am talking out loud or even yelling. It's a recent development. I am sure there is something I am trying to tell myself but I'm not sure what it is yet.
