This is huge. What if we're worthy and deserving of love just by existing? I like this story better.
i dunno man sounds like propaganda to me (seriously though, people say this and it has no effect on me, my lived experience is that when i make mistakes people stop loving me, esp. women)

I wonder if they both can't be true. People want us around when we have something useful to offer. Nobody likes the rent seekers and freeloaders. When it comes to self compassion, I find that making it conditional actual does more harm and inhibits by ability to show up.
