Dissociated is looking at an issue from a distance, that is looking at it as "outside" yourself. Associated is looking at it from the inside (aka embodied). Unintegrated is looking at an issue on its' own, integrated is looking at it in context of a broader system. That help?

Ehh, integrated isn't just looking at something from a systemic perspective, at the extremes its' like recognizing that the part can't be removed from the whole, and is not seperate.
