it distresses me that the more i learn about psychology the more power i acquire to fuck people up psychologically. i guess this is the psych equivalent of getting physically stronger and more capable of causing physical harm. hopefully i am also becoming more good

I was feeling the same today. As I become more mindful, more aware and more in control of my body, mind and emotions, I can see much more, I can do so much more. I can see everyone making decisions from their subconscious, their programming is visible and that is immense power.
