Psychology of refunds for info products is really strange Either they try to make you feel better (I LOVED it...but can I have a refund anyway?) Or they exaggerate how bad it was to justify the request (I learned absolutely nothing and it was a horrible experience...)
how about pay-what-you-want after the course instead of upfront cost + refund? means they have to quantify how much value they got in money which i imagine would make for better feedback

No I think that’s a complete cop out. The strongest possible signal that you don’t value what you’ve created. So why should they?
