Other-Mind is the piece of your mind that dwells within other people (and the environment itself to a degree). It isn't really yours, but it is your presence within others. You have the Other-Mind of many people within you as well and it is possible to interact with those minds.

Terms from psycho-analysis like "Super-ego" (Freud) or "The Big Other" (Lacan) are pointing at Other-Mind. This is a recognition that you don't really end at the boundary of your skin, at least as far as mind is concerned.

Other-Mind is thinking thoughts that you don't even know about. Other-Mind is learning ways of being that are foreign to you, but may yet become part of your way of being once some integration of the Other occurs, as it so often does when forming new relationships.

Other-Mind can be tyrannical. It can make you doubt who you yourself really are and it can make Other people view you in ways that you wish they wouldn't. You have no direct control over this. It asserts itself on you without your consent.

Other-Mind is also capable of a self-transcendent love that Heart-Mind can merely aspire to. Learning how to get in touch with your Other-Mind is the necessary step to accepting this difficult truth: you are not (only) yourself.

So now let's extend the psycho-fluidic model to reflect this description of 4 minds. How do the psycho-fluids map to the minds?

Logos --> Head-Mind Ethos --> Heart-Mind Pathos --> Belly-Mind Xenos --> Other-Mind

Xenos? wtf is Xenos? You never mentioned that before. Are you just making this shit up or what? (yes, I'm just making this shit up lol)

Xenos is the psycho-fluid that circulates through Other-Mind. Low pressure of Xenos results in being misunderstood by others and/or rejected by social groups. High pressure of Xenos results in dominating others, cutting yourself off from self-transcendent love.

I am very sorry to say that our society is chronically high on Xenos pressure. We are an inherently narcissistic and selfish culture and we are profoundly failing to regulate our Xenos pressure. But that's a topic for another thread.
