For a large part of my life so far I made it one of my principles to never block or mute anybody on any social media platforms I was on, telling myself I will enrich myself by hearing everyone. It took a long time to convince myself it was sometimes necessary.

And then I felt how sweet it was to not have to hear certain voices again.
