People who wear glasses — does you vision continue to deteriorate? I got specs when I was 20 for distance — and noticing that recently my vision is getting worse at very short distances where it wasn’t before.

By default, yes. But I spent a while not wearing my glasses (and trying to psych hack better eyesight) around 8 years ago and my prescription improved a bunch. And then my eyes got better again after my 3rd baby.

If lifehacks are about increasing total life, then it has to be up there! And I really do think it’s good for overall wellness/goodness as long as you have enough slack. But I’m still quite near-sighted overall :-). LASIK has got to be way better on the eyesight front!
