talked to a friend about my feelings and it was really nice but some buried anger came up more to the surface now and almost everything i'm reading on FB or twitter is irritating me a lot

my twitter TL is currently half takes that are sort of in the right direction but not going anywhere near far enough for my taste, and my facebook feed is currently... i dunno, cheery and positive in a way that feels disgusting rn?
the bad twitter takes are mostly not from my follows but from people my follows follow, like, etc., really wish i could just stop seeing most of that stuff
