at this exact moment, the 1st opening theme from Attack on Titan. less sure what relevance this has compared to other stuff i've noticed (e.g. clips from Hamilton songs). feels like a kind of dream analysis is the right method here and i'm not very good at it yet

This has happened to me for as long as I can remember. I can remember concrete examples from 2010. Current earworm is OK Go’s “Needing/Getting” as viewed through equanimity as a lens. Trying to figure out whether I can even be said to “need” anything; going back and forth on it.

Current earworm is ANIMA!’s “Heartflow” as a lens on both (1) equanimity and (2) trusting my own body and my own intuitions for what I need in order to grow

I often get cinematic scores in my head, which infuses a heroic character layer over my ordinary life. Examplehttps://youtu.be/MqoANESQ4cQ

The exact opposite has always been the case for me. Melody triggers the emotions. Lyrics are irrelevant.

I get the same thing. I've also revwmtly been finding when I turn on the radio the first song that I hear is highly relevant to thoughts and feelings.

I've gotten this for at least 10 years. Weirdly sometimes the line that gets stuck isn't relevant, but another line in the song is.
