would also be professional consequences to being too openly sexual, men in tech have to project an extremely asexual professional image as far as i can tell this is in addition to everyone who's genuinely super nerdy or w/e, lots of stuff going on here

Also there's all sorts of different experiences force fitted into the learning category. It's almost the silicon valley equivalent of looking at live through the iPhone camera.
