Biggest persistent shift since the Bio-Emotive retreat with @DougTataryn at the @MonasticAcademy: whenever I relax and pay the slightest attention to my body, some part of it starts tingling, usually at least my hands. Feels good.

My body used to just feel much worse, almost all the time. Lots of physical numbness and various aches and tensions once I started paying more attention and relaxing deliberately. AFAIK almost all of it was habitual emotional suppression, and now I can work with it!
