      I have gotten a lot less surprised that romantic relationships end, over the last 2 years. It feels like the default outcome a lot more than it used to. Something like, I now expect most relationships to accrue debt over time that people don't know how to pay off.

I learned that male sexuality - my sexuality - was fundamentally hurtful to women, and that in order to earn the love of a woman I needed to be a perfect gentleman instead.
