Funny realisation: there’s a significant # of people who don’t know what to do with you if you just want to learn. “Why do you want to know? What do you mean by that question? What is your agenda?” Idk, I’m just curious & like to learn things! You can piss people off this way 
There's a style of circling where you're not allowed to use curiosity as a feeling. The idea being there's often something else underneath the curiosity. Like you wanted to express curiosity to avoid having to express something less acceptable, etc.
Personally in the past I've expressed curiosity in those kinds of contexts to avoid expressing frustration / anger.
