What part of sociopathy doesn’t fit this definition?
the thing i want a word for is more like a symptom than a syndrome. it may be a symptom of sociopathy but it may also be a symptom of e.g. depression (or hmm maybe it's the other way around who knows)

Treating everyone like NPCs but treat them nicely, politely, or just in a sort of detached utilitarian way - everyone functions like a shopkeeper. Not the sort to screw with them and kill them randomly for fun
