Cptsd is wild b/c is like, learning that your entire mental and physical apparatus is optimized for threat detection and realizing that’s not how EVERYONE operates?
i kiiinda think C-PTSD is heavily underdiagnosed and lots of people have it. or maybe i just run in communities that attract people with it 
like for starters it seems approximately everyone on tumblr has it
