some facts about this airport: 1) it has two restaurants, which are the same restaurant, named Skinny Pancake, one before and one after security. because of that there are signs that say "restaurant," singularpic.twitter.com/se3JqZgtHg
2) it has little tourist information kiosks that tell you about, among other things, jobs available in vermont. y'know, in case you like it so much here you just. stay.pic.twitter.com/dJh9vwjA5L

Dunno if you will get a chance while you are in Burlington, but if you can, visit Dobra teahouse. Back in the 90s I visited this amaaaazing teahouse in Prague. I had never encountered anything like it at the time. I always remembered it as some kind of ideal form teahouse.
Then staying in Burlington one time I went to Dobra teahouse and was so excited to find it was JUST LIKE the ideal teahouse in Prague. And no wonder, because, turns out, it’s in the same teahouse family: http://dobrateavt.com/about-dobra-tea-vermont/ …
I'll be headed to Waterloo with some peeps afterwards (including @Malcolm_Ocean!) and we might be able to check it out on the way? Thanks for the rec!
