Apparently eating way enough salt helps you retain potassium. There was a weird period where I absolutely couldn't get enough potassium, but this seems to have mostly resolved with right food choices. I still have a little bit of bulk potassium citrate maybe every five days.

I eat organic, heavily washed/abraded white rice, so I'm not blowing through my potassium as fast as I would on keto.
