      I love it too, this entire conversation is reminding me of an experience I had on a weeklong silent meditation retreat where I felt like i realized how often I performed someone else’s projection of me without realizing it

      Fractal healing!!! YES. I’ve written about this as being a sort of mobile & emergent refuge where the care and repair from socialization that REQUIRES us to perform these projections (and other harms) can be something we offer & share with each other

          When it's good it's really good; quality varies widely depending on how skilled the facilitators are. It did a lot for me but I think I was pretty lucky in which facilitators I got to work with.
