Really appreciating getting to hear more about shi-ne practice by contrast! It sounds much closer than TMI to my personal preferred orientation ("all sensations, feelings, emotions and thoughts are treated the same way"), which I picked up mostly from circling / AR.

Oh good, glad it’s useful. I’m enjoying discovering how they’re experientially different too. Actually, that process is helping me better articulate the distinct practice methods of shi-ne by contrast.
