1/ I'm working on a collection of workable definitions of love for a project. Workable means that you can use it as a mode of practice. Here are some I'm playing with...
There's a thing like "I will form a model of your values and then try to act according to them" which feels cold and mechanical to me, not like love. Not sure how to explain it if that's not pinging a relevant experience in you. Like... "you like roses, right? here's 1000 roses"

Hmm...how to explain this? The warm, alive, organic version of this?

I miss you when I don't know how you feel for a while. I know you like to see me so seeing you see me makes me happy, which makes you happy. Noticing how you feel, what you care about - that feels good and powerful. I prefer being sad with you when you're sad than happy alone.
