Good question! Not sure, that's part of what I'd want to talk about with anyone who's interested in working with me. I have a blurry and incomplete vision for the kind of thing the world needs, and maybe a company is the way to spread it.
E.g. a company that runs authentic relating workshops, like Authentic Revolution: https://www.authrev.org/ But this doesn't feel like quite the thing I want to do. So I'm still percolating.

What'd you have in mind? AR workshops for math grad students? IMO the real problem is that if they worked a bunch of the grad students would leave like I did
