      Really can’t be communicated in book form I think. Needs to be taught in-person, watching a human human in real time.

          I definitely agree there are limits to reading + passively taking in knowledge (https://andymatuschak.org/books/ ) But they often provide great starting points or can give exercises for training the various emotional muscles.
