Trick I think is to not forget what it's like, incorporating it into your being. I'm skeptical the "packaged message" approach is reliable. How do you differentiate between insightful messages and A Strong Smell of Turpentine?
So basically I think I do remember what it was like to be a child, and the message was a helpful anchor for this. In some sense I deliberately cultivated childishness for a long time which helped.
