What if you just start at lvl3 and let them catch on synthetically? I find this works way better for compact ideas with large inferential distance. Coherence is self-describing

Sometimes lvl 3 when parsed by lvl 1 has the opposite of the intended effect, ie you need the shock absorbers and other failsafes from level 2, or level 3 instructions will be used destructively when embodied by lvl 1 mindset
