Yeah, kids is definitely on my list of things I think a crew can do better than monogamy.

I'm not willing to have kids until I feel confident the 2 of us as parents wouldn't be alone in their raising, at least for their early years. This is a hard boundary for me. I'd sooner skip kid-having entirely than undertake it as a dyad.
