Oh, sorry, this wasn't meant as a criticism of the post at all, but I can see how it could be read that way ("you" was generic, not directed at you). I think the post is great! It's stuff people don't know and would benefit from knowing.
...and, I'm exploding with things to say about this topic that won't fit into tweets (some keywords: Gendlin focusing, circling, tantra / dzogchen / vajrayana). So I wanted to try pointing towards direct experience instead.
