      I'm seeing a lot of folks flipping their shit? over milk ducts being included in a muscle diagram because "Those are glands! Not muscles!" Here's the thing, folks: the lobes/ducts of mammary glands are covered in smooth muscle because boobs do not work like people think they do.

      Try paying a lot of attention to a specific part of your body, say a hand to start. If you notice it tingling a bit that’s good, I think but am not sure that this indicates increased blood flow. Next try gently asking that area to relax, and/or asking it why it isn’t.
