Same as many, many Depts. Gov and NGO. Bottom line problem is you have administrative people running / managing Operational Services. They have no idea, No direct experience, or therfore real empathy. It's like the Brisbane Bronco's Accountant trying to Captain the Football Team?

I am now fatigued from the job, but also probably equally draining is the repition of dysfunction from Management. It does your head in to not only have to go through troublesome procedures, but to then repeat the same set ups and situations time and time again?
