Found it interesting that an email sent by the schools stated that @MicrosoftAU was the issue. Checked with my kids and it wasn't just the @MSAUedu that had a problem, in fact non-microsoft systems also had issues? Did @QLDEducation have an internal failure? DNS maybe?
