.@YTCreators has since deleted the tweet promoting the verification change.
But they left up the ones of them having to explain themselves after 4K+ comments told them it wasn’t a good change.
Bring in creators to YouTube HQ. Talk to them. Put your ear to the ground.https://twitter.com/LoboStylez/status/1174832082721230849 …

Clarification: they didn’t delete the tweet. It was from
@TeamYouTube and I overlooked it. My mistake. But the point still stands. I work with creators all day long. I’d be happy to talk to anyone about it and the frustration they go through daily.1 reply 1 retweet 4 likesShow this thread -

With how
@WatchMixer is handling their platform I almost hope they add a video upload platform to compete with YouTube. After 7 years I'm well over being YouTube's social experiment with little to no explanations or warnings.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

I dunno man. Mixer is nice now cause it doesnt have the pressure that twitch does. Once you get a few hundred million eyeballs on you a month and start getting share holders to deal with you start having to make bullshit insane choices you dont want to make.

Theres a difference. Mixer gets a fraction of the traffic. Someone on Mixer fucks up its not on the Wallstreet journal, Vox, Kotaku. Someone fucks up on YT or Twitch and thats hitting prime time which then hits wall street. Thats the difference.

So yeah once Mixer starts pulling similar monthly views to twitch we'll see if they hold their crystal clear stance.
