Our old system didn’t “verify” much except that a channel had 100k subs. This change lets us make verification more helpful for people trying to find the official channel of the creator they’re looking for. You can always appeal too & we’ll take a look before the change happens.

From what I can grasp they were only verified because of their sub count?
