The Park was a surprisingly tense story based game that I enjoyed.

This one? What made it so tense? Looks interesting.https://store.steampowered.com/app/402020/The_Park/ …

Fore me it was that feeling of being alone in a big amusement park. Wasn't overly reliant on jump scares. A fairly slow burn story told through a lot of bits of information you got along the way. Making the connections as to why things were presented the way they were.

Nice! I'll definitely check that out. It sounds like my kind of game. I'm trying to do some research for my suspense game and explore some other games I haven't played yet.

I feel like these types of horror games are too far and in-between. Don't get me wrong, I do love my cheap jump scare games, but I would love to find more just tense/uneasy type of horror games with strong narratives too.

You'd probably like the game I'm working on then.
