I really want this to become the standard. Everyone that I talk to says they'd gladly wait a while longer for a fully fleshed out product. It's also better for the dev team because they can put their full back into a project they're passionate about instead of 100% crunch mode
Agreed. Crunch time happens when leadership isn't doing their job well. Have a deadline you can't miss? Then scope needs to change. Scope can't change? Then deadline needs to change. Neither can change? Someone fucked up earlier in the process and didn't communicate well.
