All NPCs have their own personality, moods, and motivations. This causes all NPCs to react to the world around them differently.

Hmmm! Are you building your own GTA, man?
It's very much a GTA-lite. Much smaller map, arcade-y, light hearted, and fun but with that open world exploration feel. I really enjoy building out game mechanics like this. How things change based on other actions the player takes. Just enough to make it feel fun and random.
