Yeah my quick example was all DOF. It's more about the aperture, etc like they show in this video. You can control the post processing elements with an input script pretty easily too. Oooh, yes DOF is a good way to fake it, that's what we can do too with similar inputs->effects. That is a sweet photo mode with the camera phone nice!

Thanks! It looks like Forza has a movement blur toggle. You could fake that by checking for the front and back direction of the car and applying a motion blur with a shader. Maybe someone could write a shader that uses a radial mask based on the DOF too. Then you'd be all set.
