I see a lot of publishers heavily leveraging ads on Facebook to drive decisions early in the development and funding process. Coming from a 20 year background in user feedback / ux I find this method fascinating. Thanks for the transparency!

As far as I understand it, every game behave differently on every socials, and the key is to figure out which one(s) for each game by injecting relevant amounts monthly for several months (like, hundreds of $/months per game).

It's also a very big work involving A/B testing wordings, ads graphical assets, and steam pages to properly figure out what converts into wishlists based on ads.
