You might be overestimating my graphics abilities!! The current motion blur stops when Unity is paused, but when you take an uncompressed screenshot it is shown, but there's not much info about this online so we just accept it
If only it was possible in Unity!
Hmm. I'll throw something together in the next day or two and see how it looks.

Not as fancy looking but this was about 20 minutes of camera tweaking with depth of field and motion blur. Looks the same with Unity paused as it does in motion.pic.twitter.com/4qGDqhoga0

Woo skills! Motion blur is conserved when the Timescale is set to 0 in yours? We're using the legacy pipeline with the motion blur from the Post-processing V2 stack
